Moses Dyer Coffee Roasters is co-owned and operated by Aaron Despres and Jeremy Deeds. Good friends for over 20 years, Aaron and Jeremy met in college while in the same Environmental Science program. Their shared science background has suited them well in the world of coffee, as they are both persistent in their attention to detail and process. They enjoy the continuous learning experience of roasting coffee and developing methodical approaches to produce a consistent, high-quality product.
Aaron’s sister and her husband (Erika and Jeff) started Moses Dyer Coffee in the mid-2000s. Aaron and Jeremy took over the business in 2016, keeping the company in the family and continuing the tradition of offering freshly roasted fair trade organic coffee at a fair price.
Our goal at Moses Dyer Coffee is to make outstanding coffee for our neighbors while doing our small part to reduce environmental impact and support social equality in coffee regions of the world and in our home area.
